These Subscription Terms apply to all premium membership subscription services, auto-renewable purchases, and in-app purchase membership benefits provided by the Serail application. Together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, these terms govern all premium service usage rules for users who purchase membership plans inside Serail. All subscription functions can be used without account registration, and all user subscription behaviors are completed through the official Apple In-App Purchase system.
Serail provides optional paid premium subscription services to unlock advanced AI portrait generation functions. Available membership types include monthly subscription, annual subscription, and permanent one-time purchase membership. Premium benefits include high-definition portrait output, exclusive campus style templates, unlimited daily generation quota and other advanced creative privileges.
Serail does not collect, store, analyze, process or upload any user facial information, facial biometric data, facial feature points or facial identity data in the process of providing subscription services. The opening, verification and use of membership privileges are completely independent of user facial content. Purchasing a subscription will not trigger any facial data scanning, facial feature identification or facial information recording behavior in any link.
All subscription service valid periods, benefit rules and purchase records are subject to the official order data generated by Apple StoreKit.
All premium subscriptions of Serail adopt Apple official standard In-App Purchase solutions. The App does not support any third-party payment, offline payment, manual transfer or other non-official payment methods. All payment confirmation, order generation and fee deduction behaviors are completed by Apple's official system.
During payment verification and subscription activation, Serail will not obtain or record any user facial information. The membership verification logic only judges the validity of Apple official order credentials and local privilege status, and does not match, bind or identify user facial features, portrait photos and facial data. No facial information will be used as verification conditions for subscription services.
After the user completes the payment successfully, the premium membership permission will be automatically activated and take effect immediately. The membership validity period will be calculated according to the official Apple subscription cycle.
Serail's periodic subscription products support Apple official auto-renewal function. If you enable auto-renewal, your Apple account will automatically deduct the corresponding fee before the current subscription period expires and renew the membership service cycle.
The auto-renewal judgment, fee deduction reminder and cycle update functions do not involve any collection and processing of user facial information. The enabling or closing of auto-renewal will not trigger any facial data detection, and the system will not associate subscription status with user portrait content and facial feature information.
Users can turn off the auto-renewal function at any time in the Apple Account subscription management page. Closing auto-renewal will not affect the premium privileges enjoyed during the current valid period.
After activating the Serail premium membership, users can use all unlocked advanced creative functions within the valid period. All membership privileges are only used for personal non-commercial AI portrait creation in the App.
All premium creative functions such as high-definition generation, exclusive style use will not collect user facial information. The advanced AI rendering technology only optimizes the overall picture style, light and shadow and scene effect, and will not extract, analyze or store any facial biometric information from user uploaded photos. Zero facial data collection is always maintained during the use of all membership privileges.
Membership privileges are only applicable to the local device use of the user's personal Serail application and do not support unauthorized resale, gifting, transfer or commercial leasing of membership qualifications.
Serail provides an official "Restore Purchase" function in the member page. Users can click this function to synchronize valid subscription orders purchased through the current Apple account, so as to recover corresponding membership privileges when replacing devices or reinstalling the App.
The restore purchase function only verifies Apple official historical order data and does not collect any user facial information. The privilege recovery process does not require portrait verification, facial recognition or facial data matching, and will not scan local user photos and creation records for identity confirmation.
All order records are managed by Apple officially. Serail will not independently store user payment records, consumption records and subscription details on any remote server.
All in-app purchase refund applications of Serail shall be handled in accordance with Apple's official refund policy and process. Serail does not have the authority to directly approve or reject user refund applications. Users need to submit refund applications through Apple Official Support.
The refund review and processing process is completely independent of user facial data. Serail will not provide any user facial information, portrait content and facial feature data to Apple or third-party institutions for refund verification. All refund judgments are based on official Apple order rules, without any facial data participation.
After the subscription refund is successful, the corresponding premium membership privileges will be automatically invalidated, and the user will return to the ordinary free function usage authority.
All subscription status data of users are only locally persisted in the user's device through the App's local storage technology. We will not upload subscription status, purchase records and privilege information to remote cloud servers for user identification and tracking.
Serail strictly promises that all subscription service links will never collect user facial information. No matter before, during or after the subscription is valid, we will not actively collect, passively obtain, secretly record or legally authorize any third party to obtain user facial biometric data. Subscription service opening will not change our zero facial data collection privacy protection standard.
User creation photos, generated portraits and local records are completely independent of subscription attribute data, and there is no data association or mutual call relationship.
We reserve the right to adjust product subscription types, pricing standards, membership privilege content and service rules according to product iteration and operation optimization. The updated subscription terms will be displayed in the App settings page.
Any adjustment of subscription rules and membership privileges will not increase the collection behavior of user facial information. The core principle of zero facial data collection will always be maintained and will not be changed due to subscription product updates.
